Mantis is an unbiased advocate for the building owner. We have no financial stake in the selection of any developer or contractor.
We will deliver the contract that is objectively the best option for the building owner. Many developers provide a contract that is favorable to the developer and they come with few guarantees for long-term success.
We will work through any contract issues associated with solar and the electricity supplier. We have vast knowledge when it comes to resolving issues with supply contracts.
We will evaluate the roof and make sure that the roof will perform at its best for the life of the solar agreement. If there are issues with the roof, we can help there as well, and can often bundle the cost with the solar installation.
