Do you charge a fee to become a Mantis Innovation Partner?

• Absolutely not! Mantis does not charge any start-up fees, monthly subscriptions and absolutely ZERO hidden fees to utilize our platform. Everything is included.

What suppliers do you currently work with?

• Mantis Innovation has partnered with all of the major suppliers across North America. At this time Mantis currently works hand in hand with over 85 suppliers, so you can rest assured that your customer receives competitive, unbiased rates.

Do I need to be licensed to sell in any market?

• Not at all. By working with Mantis Innovation, you will be able to utilize our licensing to close business.

What markets will I be able to sell in?

• You will be able to sell electricity and natural gas in all deregulated markets in the United States and Canada.

Does Mantis Innovation provide residential rates?

• At this time, Mantis does not supply residential rates.

Is there support and training provided?

• When you become an Mantis Innovation Partner, you will be assigned an Account Executive (our resident energy procurement gurus) who are there to help you every step of the way. You will also gain access to a support, pricing and retention team to assist you and your customers when needed.

What is Mantis Procure?

• Mantis Procure is a reverse auction developed by Mantis Innovation. The reverse auction is a unique platform that has created a strategic shift in how energy is bought and sold. Mantis' real-time, competitive technology has become a game-changer for many businesses because of its ability to generate the lowest rates in the marketplace. By inviting highly competitive energy suppliers to compete in an auction, suppliers are able to offer and counter-offer until the lowest rates are uncovered.

Does Mantis Innovation offer any other services we can provide to our clients?

• With an Mantis partnership, you will be able to provide your clients with multiple energy solutions including, energy procurement, proactive facility asset management, solar and sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency programs and much more.

Are there any additional tools provided in the partnership?

• Mantis Innovation will provide you with a customizable website that you can begin utilizing in your energy sales. Additionally, you will receive a robust CRM to track your accounts, commissions, renewals and much more.
