Mantis Innovation receives Energy Excellence Award in Retrofit: Large Business in recognition of innovative, effective project implementation and commitment to energy efficiency, positive outcomes for customers.
Houston, TX (October 19, 2023) – In recognition of business partners and their leadership on some of the most innovative projects focused on energy efficiency and electric vehicles (EV) infrastructure, Eversource awarded Mantis Innovation with the Retrofit: Large Business Award as part of the energy company’s Eversource Energy Excellence Awards. Mantis Innovation is among seven winners that were chosen from a pool of more than 100 applications.

As the Retrofit: Large Business Award winner, Mantis Innovation was recognized for its extensive lighting improvements deployed across 26 Big Y Inc. sites across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

Mantis Innovation - Energy Efficiency Retrofit Mid-Sized C&I (1.4 Million – 7.6 Million kWh/ 40,001 – 99,999 therms per year)
Energy Systems Group, LLC - Energy Efficiency Retrofit Small C&I (1.4 Million kWh/ 40,000 therms or less per year)
Efficient Lighting Maintenance - Supply Chain Partners: Recognizes innovative supply chain partners, participating dealers, and distributors, whose projects used energy efficient solutions to drive and maximize savings for end-use customers.
Graybar Electric - New Construction: Design of the Year: Recognizes innovative C&I new construction, major renovation, and/or design projects.
Arrowstreet Inc. - EV Charging Infrastructure: Recognizes outstanding Eversource EV infrastructure efforts that have been completed and energized.
